Amazing Clean Sunshine Coast

The tracks on my sliding panel blinds were damaged. I called Amazing clean on the Monday and on that Wednesday Courtney and her business partner were here to pick them up. They returned them the very next day and installed them. Not only that but fixed a few other minor problems with no extra charge. Courtney and her partner were really lovely, very friendly and efficient, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Courtney.

This company provided excellent service. My BO curtains and roman blinds have been returned as good as new - I am very pleased. The staff who visited my home were both professional and friendly. They turned up when they said they would and even allowed me a shorter timeframe when they returned with the curtains and blinds. Would have no hesitation in recommending Amazing Clean.

Fast, efficient and my formerly mould spotted curtains are as good as new. The team arrived when they said they would and did a fabulous job.

We have quite large full length curtains across two 6 panel bifold doors and three big roller blinds which had we had a huge mould outbreak on after all the rain recently. The Amazing team did a superb job of getting them back to their original state. They all came up beautifully!! They also gave us advise on how best to clean the area around where they all hang to reduce the possibility of recurring mould which was greatly appreciated.

New curtains and blinds l installed this weekend. WOW they are amazing! So are Josh and Dave who did an outstanding job. The house looks like new, the colour and texture of curtains enhance our view and I couldn’t be happier. Minor hiccup which I emailed about (not expecting a reply until at least Monday), nor in any hurry to deal with but Dave came out on Sunday to rectify immediately. I can’t recommend Amazing Clean Sunshine Coast enough!

I used this company in September 2019 and so rang to book once more for exactly the same curtains to be cleaned. I was told there would be an increase which I fully expected - but NOT an increase which was beyond that of 'natural inflation'. The charge this time round was exactly THREE times what I paid in 2019 - and that includes a discount which was given when I initially complained when the curtains were taken down. I could replace them with new store bought curtains for much less than I have had to pay to have them cleaned and yes, the job is well done but as a pensioner I will not be able to use this company again. What a shame I can therefore not give a recommendation.

As a return customer I expected the same service a slightly higher price not 120% more. When booking I spoke to the staff member and pulled up my previous invoice (5years ago because of covid and not being able to be in my home) and asked should it be close to this price or touch higher. I was told yes it would. THEY NEVER STATED THERE WAS A CHANGE IN OWNER AND DOUBLE THE COSTS. They then un-installed my blinds, the new owner said they won't do one that is 2 story high ( previously cleaned) and then sent the invoice the day they were to reinstall. THE COST IS 120% MORE AND ONE LESS BLIND. When I called to complain they said it was because its a change in owner and higher costs and if I didn't pay it they would not return my blinds. I was being held hostage as I had guests coming in the following day and feel this company is unprofessional and fraudulent. DO NOT USE- I WON'T.

The price at first was I thought a little high,but when the Curtains came I was so pleased with the outstanding job,they looked better than new!Lesson here “you get what you pay for”Well done folks. JohnD

I used Amazing Clean Sunshine Coast and am very happy with the result. Although it was a little more dollars that I expected I am happy as I couldn't have done the 5 sliding door curtains myself. Very clean and smelling so fresh. Thanks to Dave and the team for their prompt service. Definitely recommend

From booking an appointment, quoting, cleaning and rehanging my curtains, Amazing Clean were truly amazing! It was with much trepidation that I booked my 15 year old curtains in for their first ever clean. I could not be happier with the job Amazing Clean did. The curtains came back as good as new.
