Took in an iPhone with a broken back screen, no other issues. Upon receiving it back, the front screen was not fitted properly, the Face ID no longer works, and my phone is now constantly resetting itself no matter what I do.Went in to try and fix it, he tells me it's not his fault and there was nothing he could do about it, when a quick google search tells me all these issues can often happen after a refurbishment.

Bought a dodgy case where the buttons did not work properly. Was charged $100 and when i tried to return it, they didn't want to know me and just made up excuses even though i had receipts.

Had screen repaired on Iphone 12 - quality of photo's is now terrible compared to what it was, unclear and with like a blue tinge to them - says not his problem as camera still works. Won't refund or even care to attempt to fix it. Poor quality glass. That's $200 won't ever get back.

Don’t buys anything from this shop!!!! Got my Apple Watch battery replaced for $120. Battery life NO better than it was before I had it replaced. The guy in the store told me no refund & there’s nothing he can do. Not good enough & very poor customer service.

Took a phone in to get a new screen that worked fine before. Got phone back and touch Id and rear camera no longer worked. Took phone back to him, he refused to look at it and try and repair his mistakes, offered to remove screen and give my money back. Got half the money back and a phone that now does not work properly, not impressed at all. Try somewhere else.

I have my phone repaired and when I noticed that it wasn’t the same after repair, he told me that I was wrong even though there was a clear difference. Complete rip off!
