Steve was very reliable and thorough in his work. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and we were very happy with all aspects of his work.

Steve provided an honest an open service. I know nothing of building or trades in general, so it was great to have someone with such experience helping make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family

Absolutely 5 Star service. I found BPP from the internet and talked to Steve over the phone. He turned up to the job on time (actually a little bit earlier), did a very thorough job (even the real estate agent said that he never saw something so thorough), answered all my questions including those about future renovation options, produced a comprehensive report over the night, and explain the outcomes to me again over the phone. Will definitely use BPP again!

December 2018 updateI wish to update my earlier positive review after having concerns noted from builders who have attended my new house to quote on work. They noted several major issues which they suggested should have been picked up in an inspection by Mr Rowley. I am currently in the process of a QCAT review with report just been recently handed down. The issues as an owner of a property inspected by Mr Rowley, which need to be fixed, are significant to me in terms of cost and anxiety as I had not anticipated them in the house purchase, which I have done on my own later in life. I would suggest other potential home owners be cautious in employing Mr Rowley and be fully aware of what he does, and does not, cover in his inspections as I am left with large costs to repair which other builders have suggested are basic in an inspection. I have not placed details here as I anticipate a continued formal process and don’t wish to impede that. I will place further updates as we progress-although it is a long process so maybe some time.Stephen did the most amazing and thorough inspection . Professional from the start with great advice and guidance . As a woman on my own investing in a home he treated me with respect and provided great follow up advice . I highly recommend Stephen to others and will be getting him out annually to check my new home .

We used Steve to perform a build and pest inspection for a house we were interested in buying. Steve was on time and very happy to discuss any questions had during and after the inspection.He found several items which a previous inspection on the property were missed. At the end of the day we purchased the house and have started getting various tradesmen to quote and rectify his findings.When speaking with the roof restoration guy this morning, he was surprised that Steve climbed on the roof during the inspection, and confirmed everything noted in the report.I am more than happy to recommend Steve and would use his services again.
