Booked in for repair waited for over a month, assessed" for 30 seconds and told were booked out until another 5 weeks and to come back. The damaged car is not safe to drive

DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HEREThey are complete bullies and pick on young women.After a car accident the insurance arranged for my car to be repaired by this company. On the outside everything looked fine, however, when I picked it up all the lights were beeping and my battery was completely flat as soon as I got home. They clearly jumpstarted my car so that I was able to make the 2 minute drive home.When I called them they were so rude and dismissive and said that all of these 'issues' were caused prior to the accident. Which is completely untrue. My car was in perfect condition and had only been serviced a month prior.When I got a second opinion from a mechanic they said that this company had done a horrific' job at fixing my car.They have refused to fix these issues that THEY caused and now I have to buy another car because of it. Unfortunately the insurance company has been no good either. Do yourself a favour and don't send you car here. Save you time and your money."

Had the pleasure to have my car fixed with these guys and have Kosta managing the job. Everyone was very communicable, friendly, professional and constantly kept me up to date with the whole process. I was very happy with the result as I had requested it for a very tight time frame. There was a lot of work required to be done for the car. I was over the moon when I got to pick the car up just in time for Easter!!Also CV inspections and Import monster involved to get the car up and running. Everyone communicated well with each other. Very highly recommended!

Told me to that they will call me for parts arrival after a month now it’s 3 month ! Not even calling me to update me for my parts arrival ! Disgusting , rubbish service ! Shouldn’t be in business! Shame on you doing this kind of job!

Budget Direct sent my car here for repairs after a smash. Besides me having to send the car back multiple times due to bad workmanship and them not repairing the car properly, the car came back with a huge dent in the door that they claim was there when we brought it in. However, they couldn't send me a photo of the condition of the car when I first brought it in because they 'forgot' to take a photo. They conveniently sent me photos of the car the 2nd time I took it back but the dent was already there. Really unprofessional staff with poor attitudes. Stay far away!!!

I TOOK MY CAR FOR AN ACCIDENT REPAIRS THROUGH AAMI AND ONE OF THE PARTS IN THE HEAD LIGHT WAS MISSING AND THEY TOLD ME ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO THAT THE PART WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 2 MONTHS AND THEY WILL LET ME KNOW. NOW IT IS OVER 4 MONTHS AND THEY HAVEN'T CALLED ME. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY SAID THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT ARRIVED. WHEN THEY GAVE ME THE CAR, THEY HAVE TOUCH THE CAR INSIDE WITH THE GREASE ALL OVER THE PLACES. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM.

My insurance provider sent me tot them. They considered a minor tail light damage as a total loss. The customer service is so bad. The reception is rude. She should just quit and do nothing (which is what she's doing there as well).One star because zero isn't possible.That receptionist has zero people skills tried to say I was the one arguing and when I said don't speak to me like that she said she'll hang up. What a waste of space her existence is. Feel sad for her.

Overcharge to a severe degree, and only seem interested in making as much money out of insurance claims as possible. Worst of all; absolutely appalling attitude to customer service, with absolutely no respect or even decent manners shown when I visited. Would never use them again. My advice is avoid at all costs, especially as there are several far better smash repairers in the area, and where you will get treated with at least a modicum of respect.

I was rear-ended and had a dint in the back panel so AAMI set me up with these guys. Basically the day I collected, the battery struggled to start (had never had this issue as it's a new car and is regularly serviced). My radio pin was also locked which suggested the battery had died/been disconnected while it was being serviced. Fair enough. Drove it home. The next time I turned it on, it struggled and the very next time I tried it was dead.I called these guys to suggest that the issue had occurred whilst in their care and they flat out told me it wasn't their problem and didn't want to talk about it. (bear in mind this is roughly 40 hours after I've collected my car that they had for over 2 weeks).The person I spoke to was extremely matter-of-fact that this was now my issue. There was no sympathy. No perhaps we left it off for too long"
