Fisher Park Truck Stop

Went in here Saturday morning. The two guys were so lovely and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks so much for such amazing customer service.

Stopped here to get fuel and a bite to eat on our way to Brisbane. Busy truck stop. The male shop owner came out screaming at some backpackers for smoking in the non designated smoking area. There are security cameras everywhere, the owner then got up in the face of one of the young bloke with some kids, (who had been flicking pebbles), to abuse him about rocks in his grass. Honestly thought he was spoiling for punch on. The owner may be heading to a coronary. After paying for the fuel and the free show we continued on our way. There are many great ‘newly built’ truck stops further down the road (Great bakery too) in a town called Aratula (20mins east).

Stopped for fuel and quick lunch. I chose from the counter top hot box while my husband ordered a fresh steak and salad sandwich. I was so jealous. It looked amazing and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely friendly staff too.

We had the most amazing service here. Didn't stop for fuel but needed a little snack and rest break. The staff were so so lovely, could not recommend supporting this place more.

Incredibly rude, we politely asked would it be okay if we use your toilets" we were then verbally abused for not saying please. Absolutely shocking behaviour from the young woman behind the counter. The old man that runs the place is no better."

Completely taken aback after being so mistreated by the staff here. The younger lady behind the counter became irate after I’d politely asked to use the bathroom, unreasonably berating me for not using the word ‘please’, despite my courtesy. Explained my disappointment to the owner, but no apology for her behaviour. I’d had fond memories stopping here as a child on holiday road trips, and I’m just sad to see two acopic people ruining what use to be a great place.

The owners/staff have always been friendly. Great variety of food available to cover any hunger and thirst needs.

We had bacon and egg rolls and they were well made and tasted great. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean amenities for customers. Large parking area with picnic table to enjoy your food and coffee.

Facilities are old and dirty and lots of passive aggressive signs saying toilets are only for customers and have to request code inside.
