The lounges and sofa sold by this company is very creative and stylish with selective colour. I purchased a 3 seater electric recliner sofa 9 years ago and am still enjoying the great comfort it has been giving me. I recently visited their showroom with a friend who purchased a corner lounge with great satisfaction. Customer service staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The service is no doubt very superb, above and beyond. The products are top design and high quality. Delivery was reliable and prompt. Highly recommended.

Not satisfied with their customer service at all. I made a booking with their showroom and received a confirmation both email and message. We travelled an hour to there and called the phone number few time but no one picked up. I got told to come back later because the staff may went out for lunch . And then we received a last minute notice telling us they do not open on that day!

The Accent Corner Lounge was an amazing addition to our second lounge area! The staff were patient and really helpful with helping us choose the perfect setup. The steel leather colour matches so well with our current TV and room setup. Let's not forget about the comfy-ness of the cushioning and the extra benefit of sitting on the ends with the powered recliners. Definitely would recommend their range and expertise if you just need that extra bit in finding out what's right for you.

Great experience with Sydney Furniture Direct from the excellent customer service in the showroom to the delivery to my home. We visited Sydney Furniture Direct as we were in the market for a new lounge. The team there is very professional and patient, they listened to our requirements and offered some options including in stock brand new fabric and leather lounges and sofas at exclusive prices which are very reasonable and competitive. We ended up choosing one beautiful lounge that suited our requirements and to our surprise they advised that they will deliver it the next day which was an added bonus!On the delivery day, the drivers were beyond amazing, they took their time to unwrap and setup the lounge for us! Amazing service which can be so rare these days! The lounges are gorgeous as well, we highly recommend Sydney Furniture Direct.

Recently visited looking for furniture as we plan to move out in the next 6 months so. The salespeople there were friendly to guide us around the various products they had in stock.Although it was a bit far from where we live, I would definately give visiting a shot given the staff were more than welcoming and their range of products means it will be fit for any home. The process for the delivery of products was very seamless and would be likely to come again should we need any more furniture.
