We recently purchased a King Koil Platinum Reactor Mattress. We are very happy with our purchase, it is very comfortable and the quality is fantastic. I would also like to mention the customer service was great, we were kept fully informed right up to the delivery. The delivery team could not have been more helpful on site. Highly recommend.

We recently had issues with our bed which is a little older. The customer service team were very helpful in resolving the issue and we are very happy with the outcome. Everyone starting from our initial inquiry over the phone to the technician who installed the replacement part were courteous and professional. Thank you, much appreciated.

I just purchased a King Koil Conforma Element Medium for my son who has grown out of his single bed. He’s so happy and it’s just brilliant to have such a good quality mattress for his teenage years. The customer service is fantastic and I was so pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround - we had the mattress within a week! Great quality and great price. Thanks AH Beard.

Very disappointed with my recent experience. I bought a $4000 mattress from this company (VRS Firm) and they instead sent me a Pursuit Plus which is worth significantly less.When I pointed out the error they told me to sleep on the Plush mattress for the next month because my mattress hasn't been made yet, and that when my new mattress arrives, they will throw out the Plush, as it has been used and can't be re-sold.I offered to buy it, as I'm the only person who can still use it and I hate things going to waste, so I was going to offer it to a family member.They told me id have to pay the same price that the mattress is available in store, and that they would rather pay for disposal than offer a discount.Now my lower back is sore from sleeping on such an unsupportive mattress and I'm still waiting for my new one to be delivered.The lady I spoke to was condescending, dismissive and spoke over me constantly. For such a large company, I'd expect better customer service.

I just purchased a Platinum Posture Bellagio II & Conforma Aspect plus 2 Domino Designer Bases (QUE/SGL). It’s great to see quality Australian made products are still available.

Bought an ah beard king koil medium energy king mattress from forty winks. Was totally different to mattress in store when we received it. It’s hard as a rock and when you ask forty winks and ah beard for help you get told a bunch of excuses and fobbed off. Mattress causes physical pain and sleepless nights. It’s awful. Worst customer service. Going to have to put it on next council rubbish pickup and spend $2009-3000 more on a new one from elsewhere

Dear Customer Care Team,please pass on my comments to management etc.I formally withdraw my warranty claim, we purchased a new mattress this week which has been delivered.it is my spouse and i's conclusion that your warranty claim process and timing, when you consider that people have to sleep on these broken things for several months whilst you process a claim is designed expressly to discourage people actually following through.I work 60 - 70 hours a week, as does my spouse, we don't have time to wait around to get mattresses steam cleaned and wait for multiple pick-ups and deliveries and take photos and have inspectors come to the house.I even offered to buy a new AH Beard mattress and give you the old one, if I could buy one at a discount, even this was a resounding no.we think your company is dishonest and disingenuous which is really sad, if you make your money ripping people off, that's such a vulgar way to do business, i'm glad we operate our own business with a high degree of intregrity - your recent google reviews make for compelling reading.given that our mattress was 2 years old and completely failed we strongly advise against purchasing a product from this company

Worst mattress we've ever had, aching in lower back and hips. Customer service said 4.5cm - 5cm scattered body impressions within a few days was well within specs? I was quoted another $600 plus pick up and delivery to have the top comfort" layer changed. Either it was faulty or just a bad product. Had to wait 5 weeks for someone to call and inspect and this was cancelled then rebooked for another 2 weeks or so and then they called on that morning to cancel again. From what I was told via e-mail initially (and I sent photos and measurements) they probably would not have done anything anyway

Refresh - Adjustable BedAlways saw the ads on TV and did not believe that is was that good . But now I can testify that the beds are really good . I do feel refreshed when waking up now .
