I have moved a few times over the years and I can say the Kent experience was truely exceptional.

The Townsville branch was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for them. My possessions were handled with the upmost care and placed were I required them.

We used Kent for our recent house move and couldn't fault them. The crew we had were friendly, courteous and hard working, and took good care of our stuff. We had a few delays and reschedules which would have impacted on their scheduling, but they were very nice about it and accommodated our needs where possible.

My experience with Kent thus far has been fantastic - simple and uncomplicated, and reasonably priced. Their moving costs were similar to the cheapest quote I found elsewhere, and they even disassembled my bed for me. Their storage price was the cheapest I found in town. Since they picked my furniture and boxes up and took them to their own storage facility I didn't have to then worry about repacking my own things into storage, I was able to focus on the rest of my to-do list. The ladies I spoke to in the office were incredibly friendly and helpful, and responded to all enquiries promptly, even when I myself fell behind and contacted them at the last minute they were happy to help. They organised insurance for me, which is also quite reasonably priced. The movers themselves were efficient and friendly. Very happy with Kent.
