Fantastic experience! I went in for a hair cut today, my first in Sydney (from the Southern Highlands) and was pretty amazed at my experience. Eric was very professional- he let me show him a photo of what I wanted then explained the cut to me so I had a realistic expectation, he asked before he started cutting then explained to me at the end a bit of aftercare. Something I really liked aswell was he didn't chit-chat. He just checked in and did the job. A 4 inch cut, blowdry and style for only $45. Quickest (but perfect) and cheapest hair style I've had. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Eric.

Better time management needed! My appointment was at 11 am but I was served around 11:20 am. The plan was to get colour and haircut in around 2 hours but they only managed to dye my colour in almost 2 and a half hours. The stylist was serving 2 customers at and the same time and while she was with the other person i have to wait. I don’t know about the others but personally I never ever spent 2.5 hours just to dye a hair. Also my medium length hair was charged 180 for just the colour. 180?! I think it’s overpriced.

I got a quality haircut without any wait this morning - very happy with it. The staff were very friendly and professional. The salon is well- appointed, clean and in a great location. Thanks for the great cut - I’ll definitely get cuts there again.

I told the barber I wanted a certain cut, but he said it was not possible so he I went for another option. The cut seemed to go well until I said I do not want my front hair to be very short can you please cut it just above the eyebrow. He does not listen to what I’ve said and proceeds to cut further. I wish I could’ve rated this a 0, i regret going here.

Highly recommend.Staffs are very friendly and professional. I had a haircut by Min and that was best experience. when I go to salon around here, I hated their rough washing but Min was so gentle and gave me very relaxing time. I was also amazed how she sectioned my fringe so careful like care about every 1 mm, just felt she really care and I was very happy. Of course the end result was same as I asked and showed in pictures. Very happy

Had my hair cut here for the first time and I’m really happy with it. Eric is polite and has a great sense of humour. Eric has managed to cut my hair in such a way that it is effortless to style and manage. He’s one of the best skilled hairdressers I’ve been to in Sydney. I’m so glad he’s local and I don’t need to travel into city for a haircut anymore.
