Nicole Ivens Holistic Counselling
Nicole has such a calming essence, every time I spend time with her I leave feeling so relaxed. She has this amazing ability to help me to feel safe and able to open up and share what I have been experiencing. I don't know how she does it, but I always feel so heard and understood. I highly recommend booking in with her.

Nicole Ivens Holistic Counselling
Nicole provided me with a safe space to work through some issues that were causing me stress. As a highly sensitive person, a mum and a carer it was good to work with Nicole who understands all of these aspects. Nicole supported me with working on boundaries, people pleasing and dealing with stress amongst other matters. I highly recommend Nicole if you need someone to talk to.

During the years, I've had the pleasure of Nicole's calm and restorative counselling. After a most traumatic event in my immediate family, Nicole became my weekly lifeline for almost 1 year, and I'm certain that Nicole played a significant part in my somewhat speedy recovery. Nicole has a very calm demeanor which is so helpful when you yourself are in a stressful situation. Nicole has become my go-to person! I highly recommend Nicole Ivens.
