Excellent customer service, particularly Alana, but excluding a certain woman with poor customer service skills. Always well stocked. Good coffee, hot chocolate...cheap, and delicious. Take bad customer service lady out of the equation, and they'd be worth 5 stars.

Staffs are not cooperative, one of them was very rude. There was a problem with one of the fuels and when I mentioned it he didn’t know how to talk to the customer, behaved like it was my problem, he didn’t even care. Waste of time. I definitely won’t go there in future.

The guy on shift alone tonight has been very rude. I'm a shift worker who doesn't get much time I went down to buy a coffee among other things because I plan to study tonight. Having walked in sleep deprived I accidentally overlooked the sign stating that the coffee machine wasn't working and had already opened the packaging. The store had been empty until I had walked in and was not busy at all. The man approached me very aggressively asking me cant you read

The workers here are always cool and interesting to talk to. Store is always clean and stocked. I drive past 2 Coles Express to get to this one.

Horrible experience with a very rude, obnoxious member of staff. When I took an icecream back that was soft in the middle, was told that that was how it was meant to be. She continued to insist that all icecreams were soft and when she grudgingly said I could go and get another, refused to acknowledge that the second one was completely frozen and asked me to leave the shop. And she called me rude!! I tried to reason with her really calmly, but she just kept asking me to leave. Perhaps she was just having a really bad day!? Awful Customer Service!

IMPORTANT FOR STORE MANAGER OR OWNER. CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ:I was going to this store regularly for a while until I started getting served by a middle aged women who was sevearly overweight. Probably around 110kg - 120kg+ aged around late 40’s to early 50’s and works there in the day in the week. Assuming the 9-5 shift there from what I sawSo she started giving me attitude for what I saw as no reason at all after going into the store a few times. I’m a male aged 29 and really didn’t understand because it was totally uncalled for.I went a few more times and figured they have a middle aged KAREN working there in the days, I assume she took a disliking to me because I have a slim lean body type and am a male in my late twenties. Honestly the only thing I could think and judging by her own struggles that’s probably triggered something in her, I was respectful and just got petrol like any other placeObviously this type of work isn’t suited to someone like that, dealing with customers when she’s aged overweight and angry is probbaly not the best for customer service rolesI asked around people I know at the suburb and workplace and they said they had the same attitude and knew who it was.I think someone needs to sort that out,

So convenient to fill up at but usually only one person serving so you often end up waiting in line even if more than one staff member working.

The forecourt is always tidy and easily accessible. The team are always busy keeping the store clean and well stocked. Service with a smile ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Advertised price for fuel was 209, but at the pump was charged 226. Reached out to the company regarding the issue they said they'd get back to with within 2 business days but a week later still haven't heard anything. So be careful here and make sure you charged the advertised amount.

Could be better customer service from young kids who are generally really rude and condescending. If i think about it the young American guy is probably racialist person, does not tolerate the European. Otherwise it is not too bad from the older more respectable staff.
