My Partner ordered Urban Baked a few weeks ago. The delivery time - beyond expectations. The Cookies themselves so Delicious, crumbly and full of Flavor! These cookies are an absolutely decadent treat. They are chunky and crumbly - just how cookies should be. We ordered the choc orange ones - the combination of dark chocolate with orange zest was what made these cookies so special. My three teenage/adult sons devoured them in seconds. As an added bonus Kim included two extra cookies - her “cookies of the month” - red velvet. These were equally as delicious. I highly recommend Urban Baked - the cookies are the yummiest cookies ever!

I have nothing but praise for the staff in Urban Baked!They have exceeded all expectations .We put in a late order for 50 Christmas Hampers, which they filled, hand delivered & let us know if any had to be left on the doorstep, so we could follow up and if it was a wrong address, they returned the Hampers to us.They are the best Hampers we have ever ordered, full of home baked goods & local products from the Yarra Valley & a fantastic price point too.The feed back we have had from the recipients has been overwhelmingly positive. I ordered a box of 12 cookies to share with my neighbours & Kim kindly gave us 2 different flavours - choc orange & salted caramel. Both were tasty & beautifully presented. Neighbours enjoyed the cookies as well.

Ordered a box of apple, cinnamon and oatmeal cookies the other day. The combination of the crunch of fresh apple, just the right amount of spice and the smoothness of the oatmeal was matched by the beautiful presentation. Highly recommended!

Dealing with Kim and Urban Baked was easy. I organised a few boxes of tripleChoc cookies and all LOVED them, including us. The delivery man was lovely and the packaging was just beautiful and that was all before we tasted the cookies!! Amazing... and delicious... Thanks so much, enjoyed by all. I ordered a box of choc chip cookies from Kim and they are the most delicious cookies I’ve ever had. Perfect amount of sweetness and a perfect size. Kim was so lovely to deal with - very personal and friendly. She let me know when they were coming out of the oven, and was spot on with the delivery. They also came in a beautifully presented box, so I will definitely be ordering more for gifts for my friends, especially during lockdown 2020.

I was recommended Urban Baked from a friend and what a great recommendation it was. I ordered the cookie and donut box for my daughters birthday. It had the most amazing cookies and delicious mini donuts. It was presented in the most magnificent box and when you opened it, you could tell just how much love and care went into creating each treat.We will definitely be ordering from Urban Baked again

Fantastic service, fantastic cake! My grandson is obsessed with Richmond Tigers so we ordered a cake for his 7th birthday. Wow! From start to finish, these guys were organised, creative, responsive and gave the best service. The cake was delivered at the agreed time, complete with 7 candles. The cake was delicious and the kids were rapt! Thanks so much.
