Peta Blacklaw who was our property manager for our Brighton East property was a highly skilled negotiator who showed great expertise in handling very delicate tenants situations. She was a pleasure to deal with, kept us informed of any situations that impacted us and was honest, tactful, sincere and sensitive in her conversations both with us and with managing challenging tenants. I cannot recommend Peta highly enough as a property manager - she is an asset to Marshall White.

Jennifer O'Connell has been our property manager in Brighton for almost 2 years. We live in a beautiful home that unfortunately has been quite the lemon! From leaking roofs, cracked tiling, black mold, multiple leaking showers into heating vents and bedrooms underneath, skylights blowing off into the sky, cracked skylights, electrical issues inside and out, motor vehicle gate issues, pedestrian gate issues, heating and AC unit major issues and reduct the entire house........these are just the major issues that we have had since we moved into this gorgeous home! It has been almost a constant maintenance issue and not once has Jennifer shown her frustration. In fact, quite the opposite! She has been an REMARKABLE Property Manager and so compassionate to our situation in every way. She has never given up on any issue that was a complete puzzling nightmare and required multiple specialists to finally resolve the issue. It has been an insane amount of work and patience on her behalf and I have never dealt with a Property Manager quite like Jennifer. Melissa Gilder has been an absolute dream to work with in renting out my property. She is very responsive, knowledgeable, effective, friendly and professional. We are very disappointed with a lack of professionalism and poor communication from the property manager Melissa Gilder. We were told that our application was being reviewed and we would hear back in a week. We were treated with a total lack of respect, received no further communication and only found out later that the property had in fact been leased the week prior- after numerous attempts to followup. We feel let down and poorly treated. We hope things improve and that future applicants and clients are treated better

Peta Blacklaw is the property manager of property managers. Period! There is no issue to small for her attention or too large for her to tackle...and trust me, we've had a few maintenance challenges to test her out! Apart from consistently being bright, cheerful and always understanding, she can even deliver inconvenient news with such a smile that we have always felt understood, taken care of and confident in her extremely capable hands.Peta has liaised between parties so eloquently, passing on communication and resolving any issues, that we have only ever sung praises of all of her interactions.If there was a 10 star out of 5 we'd have no hesitation rating the best property manager in town!
