Rudest reception staff I have ever come across. Four negative RAT Tests and they told me to go and have a PCR test done elsewhere before seeing a doctor for a sore throat. You can walk around the community testing positive now but not allowed to see the doctor even after testing negative, what a joke.

Just appalled reading all these reviews. We used to be regulars here as a young family until 1.5years ago after a bad experience with my 2nd pregnancy and with my newborns vaccination.We switched to Horizon Family Doctors and have never looked back - one night, they checked my very sick baby as a walk-in patient when everyone else told us there was no appointment available and to come the next day.

Just went through a very shady experience at this clinic. All I wanted was to have an arm injury assessed and a doctors certificate for a day off, and next thing I know I'm getting a WorkCover Claim form shoved in my face and 90 dollars demanded despite making it very clear I wasn't intending to make a claim. Not sure what they're playing at, but won't be back.

I tried to attend this practice on Sunday 25th September. When I made the appointment, I told the person on the phone that I had asthma with accompanying asthma cough. I had been placed onto steroids by my own doctor, but knew I needed to be seen as it was a Sunday and my asthma had suddenly worsened. I turned up for my appointment and was told the doctor was refusing to see me as I had a cough. I was wearing a mask and even though I told the reception staff I had asthma and needed a review to have my steroids increased, I was sent away and told the doctor would phone me. I was appalled - HOW can any doctor properly listen to an asthmatic's chest over the phone?!! I then had to wait until the next day when I could see my own GP who promptly doubled my steroids.I then ended up hospitalised for asthma 2 days later, where I spent a total of 12 DAYS in hospital on IV steroids. I just cannot understand why you would turn an asthmatic away??? If GP's keep doing this, is it any wonder our emergency centres are overflowing?? In case the doctor at this clinic does not understand - asthma IS a life threatening illness and asthmatics like myself are KNOWN to deteriorate very rapidly, as what happened in my case.I will NEVER attend this clinic ever again!

I have been going here for years and have no problems with staff. Sure some doctors are better than others but we all have preference. The only negative thing I can say is the EasyVisit appt booking app and or link to it on the webpage is constantly unreliable - hit and miss if it works and its not currently :(

This clinic is a complete disaster. The front desk staff are incompetent and have no idea what they're doing. Appointment management is flawed and if you dare to bring up a concern, you'll be completely ignored and spoken over. I've never encountered such a terrible clinic in my life and it's truly deserving of the lowest rating possible. Avoid at all costs. I've never given any establishment such a low score but it's absolutely deserving here.

Been a patient at this clinic for a few years now and the decline in all aspects is appalling enough I'm now seeking another clinic. Reception staff, once friendly, very knowledgeable now take days to fax documents and now seem to treat patients with disdain.A doctor I have been seeing for years, who is to her credit, a very good doctor who has provided wonderful care, is now very late on a consistent basis, up to an hour in one case and when I asked reception if anything was wrong, they looked at my like I'd grown a second head.Another doctor I have seen at this clinic not only took issue with me not hearing her call my name quietly in a very busy LOUD reception area, also dismissed all my concerns, spoke over me, and told me I was bi-polar and couldn't be helped.It is a great pity to see what this clinic has become and a great shame for what decent doctors they have left. Good luck to them.

Dr Thackwray was recommended to me and I can’t believe that the Dr Thackwray that I saw was the same man that was recommended.He was condescending, asked the same questions several times over (wasn’t listening to a word I was saying).He then seemed to almost get passive aggressive and cross with me when he didn’t understand why I was there ….. Because he wasn’t listening.He made me feel small, unimportant and a waste of his time.My issues weren’t addressed and I could see that they weren’t going to be, so I just quietly stood up and walked out when he said the consultation was done and paid $50 for the experience.I was told that they were a bulk billing clinic, but they’re not - they’re a full fee paying clinic and then claim back through Medicare.I cried in the car.It’s SO hard to trust a GP and open up to them - and that’s made 1000 times more difficult when the Dr makes you feel so irrelevant.

Dr's are ok, staff friendly, but I do have an issue with them wanting to charge me to see my Dr to get a print out of my own results which the Dr had already told me about. Plus I got charged for a telehealth consult to be told my PCR virus test was all clear. I only made the appointment as I receptionist said yes your results are in and you need to talk to the Dr"

Only giving them a two because my GP is amazing. Went and saw a random doctor when my GP was unavailable and the doctor was completely rude and rolled his eyes when my husband told him what was wrong… so disgusting!
