The best massage shop ever!!! Highly recommended for sure. They’ve cured my shoulder and back pains. An amazing job they’ve done. I’d definitely go there again!!!

Worst massage I have ever received. The whole massage was just getting vigorously rubbed, squeezed & shaken. There was no technique at all. It was incredibly painful & far from relaxing. When I said it was painful she said, “sorry, no pain, no gain”. To make matters worse my massage therapist had an extremely long conversation with another worker which only stopped when I said something. The other worker did not get the hint & came back later in my massage wanting to continue the discussion. The room was a mess when I walked in which makes me question the hygiene levels. The massage therapist also had her mobile phone on loud which rung during the massage. Before I had even walked out of the shop she answered her phone on loudspeaker & was yelling on the phone in the front of the shop. Extremely disappointed as it’s so close to home for me but I will not be returning.

Great value, experienced massage therapists and I am always very happy and relaxed after my appointment.

Highly recommend Ryan @ Zen Clemton Park Village he was very proffesional and I certainly felt alot better after a 90 minute massage will definatly go back and see him again

Me and my family HAD been regular customers here. We even recommended this place to extended family member who has been going too! I thought I found my one and truly therapist. But the business management and customer service are MASSIVE LET DOWN.Therapist named Jasmine did relieve mine & my husband's muscle pain previously, so I had booked Jasmine again (since few days ago, online) for 90mins today for 3:40PM. My days were planned around this appointment and I arrived the area just before 3PM. Heck, I received an email reminder that said the therapist had changed to Vivian. I called to verify and Owner said the therapist was changed because Jasmine had another customer and she won't be happy to lose that customer. She is only available at 4:10PM if I wanted her. No call or consent sought after at all - so dodgy. Definitely messed up their own booking system, yet, NO APOLOGY. Only continue hardselling that Vivian is very good 8 years experience therapist, etc. I requested to cancel the booking instead and drove home, still with my muscle pain. A great day was ruined.See how this business is missing the point? I'm pretty sure Vivian is a great therapist. If the Owner was being honest during the call, if someone from the business actually made an effort to inform me the change of therapist beforehand and get my consent; I would definitely say that's fine and proceed. But instead, he lied, prioritised other customer over a customer with legit booking, and made change the ninja way last minute without informing customer - didn't even sound like he realised something was wrong with his doing. I previously sympathised with him as a fellow parent with young child (tough life), but after today's experience, the sympathy is killed.Booking means nothing to the business. Customer service means nothing to the Owner. You don't serve beef steak to a customer who ordered salmon fillet - unless the change has previously been agreed on. Sure, beef steak is yummy too, but if one doesn't order it, it is still unwanted.I hope this review is taken by the business as constructive feedback to further improve their customer service. They have successfully made a former regular customer feel terrible today. I'm probably not the first one, but hopefully the last one. Nobody deserves to be treated this way.
