I did my acrylic nails at this salon.I'm so disappointed with their service.My friend and me, we want the same design and we show them the picture as well. Second picture is what we wanted and 1st picture is what we got.They charge us $80 each for this worst nail. Even at my workplace my colleagues were asking who did worst nail.I feel so awkward. Never going to this place again.

I used to go here all the time and barely had issues, they were always reasonably priced and did quite good work even the occasional Pinterest nail art photo" would be kinda achieved. I hadn't been here in a little while and went last week

I have functional anxiety and find it hard to feel comfortable in a lot of stores. The ladies here are absolutely fantastic. The owner Grace did my nails and she was very gentle and kind. She told me everything I needed to know to choose the best set for me and care for them. I got a build a nail set and the entire experience was amazing. Next time I return to Brisbane I will be coming back!

Got polygel nails done here for a special event. I was told by the lady (presumed manager) that polygel would last longer and is better/healthier for my nails in comparison to other gel products. She said it would last a couple of weeks. Unfortunately after the third day, half of the polygel on my middle finger came off. The following days, other polygels on different fingers started coming off too. Very upsetting when you pay $70 and the product doesn't even last 3 days.

I attended today for an acrylic nail refill and pedicure. I must admit, I was told to sit for a pedicure and then asked to come over for my refill first. I did have 3 different people complete my refill and colour. The gent (who I believe is the Manager) did the majority of my nail work and to be honest, I can’t fault his work. He was quick which isn’t always a good thing but I will give him 5/5 for the shape and quality of finish on my nails. Really happy with my nails and would go back again (if the gent did my nails). I can understand that other people did feel like they got rushed through as I could see this happening with other customers today. Overall, really happy with the quality and service considering I was a walk in

Me and my friend want to do the same design and the right one is what we want and second one is what we got. They didn’t understand what we want and was taking too much time. We asked them if they don’tKnow this design they can paint the glitter one but they didn’t understand about that and was rude as well.Worst experience ever. Never going back to this place again. Don’t go if you want to try some cool designs.

I don’t like having to write this. But my experience was not pleasant. I called up before I came and I specially asked whether it was a salon that rushes people through, I was told no, they do nice nails. I came in for builder in a bottle, was offered no manicure or even my cuticles pushed back. Builder in a bottle was put on quickly and I was in/out of there in half an hour. After 3 ladies attended to my nails in that time. Now they are lifting at the base already 6 days later. For $75, yet you can go to a quality salon that includes a manicure for $80 and it last more than a week. I won’t be going back.

Fixed my nails beautifully for me! Grace is such a fun, sweet girl! I didn't catch his name but the guy working there whilst I was there was great as well!!

I have been to the nail salon a couple of times but my latest experience is one I’ll never forget sadly. I took my friends to get manicures and pedicures and their experience was great, however I gained a nasty toenail infection. During the pedicure the technician snipped the inside of my toe where the nail bed is which made me wince. She did not apologise and didn’t actually communicate with me that she had accidentally cut me. I was unsure if it was bleeding or not because she was actively trying to HIDE my toe from me. It was really quite painful. It’s been a week now and have had to miss work and get doctor prescribed medication to clear up the infection from this mistake. I am glad my friends didn’t have to go through this. I understand accidents happen but I felt very offended when she didn’t apologise and hid her mistake from me thinking I wouldn’t find out, as it hurt quite a lot and has had such a lasting effect. Sadly, we have all decided we will not be coming back :(

Horrible experience. Couldn’t recommend less. Overcharging doe the poor quality of the services they provide-The nail gel went on my skin and was left unfixed.-The shape of the tip is untidy and uneven.-My nail lady cut my skin multiple times when using tools. She was quite inconsiderate when she shaped my nails.-The lady sitting next to my nail lady spilled chemicals on my dress and my arm because the bottle slipped out of her hands.-The surface of the nails are bumpy and left with bubbles. The nails are quite thick too.
