After an initial delay (due to unavoidable Covid related supplier disruption), Olivia, from the service team , provided us with outstanding service and a quick solution. We highly appreciated the friendly and efficient approach that Olivia had in assisting us. We would highly recommend the business, for both their highly competitive prices and the service provided by the staff member that assisted us.

My issue has been sorted and I would like to say thank you to the new boss who’s name is Alex. None told him about my story as soon as he finds it out and he started to investigate it ;) I’m very happy with the results so thanks again! The results are end up with someone in very serious trouble ;)

Unfortunately cannot give anything positive. Took order and money, then I had to repeatedly chase the product (they obviously did not have one). When it arrived it was not delivered (as suggested but not stated on their website) and I had to send my daughter to go and pick it up (112km round trip plus tolls). Then I reported an issue multiple times and written requests were completely ignored. This morning the fitting that is still under 12 months parts and labour warranty and 10 year replacement warranty has burst and is unusable. I will be buying replacement parts for my $450 fitting at Bunnings. Bathroomware House has failed at every opportunity and I suggest you buy elsewhere - even a meth head on the street corner could not have worse customer support.

Terrible service - actually non existent service. Went in on a Saturday. One young guy was there on his own. He was checking an invoice (I know this as the women he was serving asked what he was doing). Sat on a stool, staring at the computer screen, leaning on his hand. I was probably there for 15 minutes and he didn't even acknowledge my presence. Wont' be going back.

Excellent service. Dan & Lisa were very helpful and professional. We came into the store with only a vague idea of what we wanted for our bathroom. They spent the time with us to find out exactly what we needed, and walked us through each product that suited our needs. Overall very happy with the service provided in this store.

Simply incompetent with very young and inexperienced staff. They want you to order online but if they dont have stock the process of chasing up delivery is a nightmare. The staff simply dont care. There is absolutely no customer service, store manager or senior person to speak with. I was sent the wrong mixer twice and had to chase the delivery a half a dozen bathroom fittings close to a dozen times. The staff were incapable of sorting it out. It was a nightmare. Never ever ever again.

Look, it's a really difficult place to review. On one hand, the responsiveness of Olivia has been wonderful - she's been really helpful and pleasant throughout the process. On the other hand, the processes of the business leave a lot to be desired and result in a really confusing and convoluted buying process, particularly for a business that presents itself as an online retailer. If I had my time again, I would save myself the effort and go elsewhere. The delays and lack of clarity with regards to delivery timelines mean that I've actually had to go and buy what I require elsewhere, leaving me out of pocket. In summary - good service, poor business model.

Fantastic experience, can't recommend Danny and Bathroom Warehouse Richmond highly enough. Advice was spot on, extremely helpful. Products are beautiful and I think offer the best value for money around. Time frames were 100% accurate. At a stressful time, this place and its amazing service was an absolute godsend. Extremely helpfull service online and then followed up by phone at their initiative. I collected my product from the supplier who was super helpfull and efficient. Excellent service and product couldn't be happier!

Some years ago I purchased a large quantity of bathroom equipment for a renovation from this company. This year I approached them with a problem with my pop-down sink plugs not working properly, and asked for availability of an alternative. They kept responding until they solved the problem, and even mailed me something they thought might work. It did, and they refused payment. I think this represents excellent customer service and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
