13/06/2023 UPDATE: I have since visted this place twice and can say that essentially my below review is no longer the case. Wait times are normal (10-20 max) and food is the same good quality as other nandos stores around Sydney.Food was decent, but had to wait 1.5 hours and the order for 3 people didn’t even come before we asked staff. Had to stop waiters 5-6 times over the 90 minutes just to get any traction on my tables entire order. Food was still missing as we left. Staff are friendly but clearly all juniors with little experience in service and still learning. Need to speed up and/or get better with ETAs on orders.

My table was dirty and the employee walked right past me and looked at me, and I said can you please clean my table and also a glass of water she then said no the glasses are at the front. My burger bun was cold and the chicken was room temperature. Do not go here it was hopeless

Well done, Nandos. After a rocky start, when opening. I found your service and food to be exceptional. Don't bother with Oportos. Give Nandos Miranda a try. Delicious tender chicken, rice, halumi, and wonderful burgers. Very attentive and professional staff. 10/10. Highly recommended.

We have been here several times since the opening - each time the food arrives cold. Each station is operating in isolation and there is no coordination between functions.E.g. The person on chips just keeps blindly pumping chips out, which sit there going cold because other items aren’t ready.I hope management read these reviews because the feedback is pretty unanimous. The staff are trying their best, they need a strong leader, it seems.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I remember checking for reviews but decided to try it myself. We went on a Tuesday afternoon, it was quiet but the music was loud. All staff very friendly and happy to help. Food came in 10 minutes and everything was delicious.

Had lunch here and it meets the Nando food quality. Unfortunately the service was quite bad, especially from the older Asian lady workers. They were rude and made me feel like I was taking up their time when trying to order, even though there was no one in the restaurant. I also a box for takeaway and it had all these tiny little black specks in it as they keep these above the grill.

Ive been a Nando’s fan for decades and this is the worst one Ive ever had. I ordered a quarter chicken combo with perinaise sauce. It was the smallest piece of chicken and barely any chips. For $20 I definitely got ripped off. There was no salt on the chips when I asked for extra. Also it wasn’t even hot when I got to my car, I was only 30 meters away.

This place makes the nandos franchise look bad…….. waited over 40 minutes for food for then each individual item in each persons meal to come out 1 by 1. And then the food wasn’t even what we ordered but we didn’t want to waste another 40 minutes having it corrected. The staff had absolutely no idea what was going on, all standing around just staring at the order screen. When food was brought to the table the staff said “did you order this?” or just dropped the food on the table without saying anything. Will not be coming back

The food is damn good but I'll only ever get takeaway from this store. Have been there 3 times now, when busy and quite. Every time it looks like there has been a food fight. Tables don't get cleaned until new customers sit at them. They certainly never get wiped. Floor always has a confetti of fries on it that staff prefer to step on rather than sweep up. I could understand these issues but across the way at Grill'd where they have an almost identical setup, you will never see it look this gross - so the only excuse could be lack of training

I absolutely love Nandos however, this is up there with the worst ones I’ve been to. Tables are constantly not wiped down/ messy. The staff are not attentive. I ordered cheesy pitas and they came luke warm and do undercooked the cheese wasn’t even melted. It’s a gamble weather the chips I get will be hot or not. And when I specify something specifically in the notes section when ordering online it was completely overlooked.Over all pretty disappointed as Nando’s is my favorite
