I struggle with shopping in large places with a lot of people. My son has done our shopping for years because of my debilitating anxiety.I visited this place today, and the place is so clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly, it made my first shopping in years, easier than I thought it would be.To the lady who helped me work out how to use the basket trolly, thank you, you seemed so caring and even without me saying much, you were gentle and guiding. You are appreciated.

In my opinion, their service in South Morang has lot’s of room for improvement. The butchers always attend you in anyway they want. It feels like they are paying you, not the other way around. At the end, it has to be fault of the management due to lack of proper training. Count how many negative feedbacks they have here. I felt disrespected. Again, in my opinion, they are extremely rude and don’t deserve anyone’s money.
