I have no reason to lie or distort the facts about the most unpleasant and insufferable experience at your store. Just as well, there were two other adult witnesses present. On the contrary, you do have reason to lie.You could be running a family biz for 25 or 75 yrs but so what? This would not exempt you from being rude and obnoxious or impatient and patronizing to your customers.It is true that my then 5 yr old was behaving actively in an innocuous manner but was not going out-of-control, unruly crazy as you would like to paint it. Like i said, you over-reacted to a situation that was not warranted.And no, you did not even once politely or in any other way, ask me to restrain my child. My husband was already conscientiously doing that in fear that my child may leave even a bum mark on your furniture.And no, it was not due to a safety issue as you alluded re my child's running; the grave concern and focus was all about your furniture, nothing to do with my child's welfare.You were already moody and irate from what seemed to be a bad day you were having from the moment we walked in.Then you were exhibiting signs of annoyance to your customers in anticipation of what my child may do to your furniture; not from what she has already done.I will no longer entertain your responses, so you can tweak the unadulterated truth all you want to your heart's desire.If only you were honest, humble and apologetic, i would have been willing to remove this review. The owner confirmed availability of materials on the spot, and the best thing -- the chairs were ready earlier than promised! Highly recommended to those wishing to customise their furniture, but still have short supply time
