HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE- DO NOT GO HERE. They lost a very expensive item of my clothing, when confronted they ripped up my ticket and threw it in my face. Beyond rude and disrespectful- they do not even deserve one star. Horrible horrible lady, would avoid at all costs

I needed to get some laundry done while staying at a nearby hotel on a week long trip. The woman who runs the shop is super nice. I dropped everything off first thing in the morning, and it was done when I showed up at 5:30 pm, and for a quite reasonable price. Very happy with the service!

Extremely reliable laundry and dry cleaning service. I been to this place for years now and never have less than satisfactory service. This place is run by the nicest and hardest working lady. Service turn around is quite quick. Highly recommend

Do not go to this dry cleaning business. I just went to pick up my drycleaned pants, to be told they had been lost and because I left them there for 20 days that it was too long. I said to her I was happy waiting for her to look for the pants. After she realised she couldn’t find the them, the lady then changed her story to saying that I had already picked them up and that I was trying to get money from her. Advising strongly to avoid this laundry. Very upset as I was yelled at, she ripped my ticket up infront of me and told me to go away.

Very nice lady, who did a good job cleaning and folding our clothes for a very reasonable price. Recommended.

Great service. The lady who works here is so lovely. A bag of clothes were returned in a few hours and was only $20! Highly recommended this laundry.

First time on collecting I had a white shirt given back to me and was told we couldnt get those stains out". Bemused i asked "what stains?" as there were none before. She showed me clear ironing stains

Warning: Poor communication to customers, not all services appear to be performed on site.Summary: 2 previous times I had used Hughes Laundry with no issues for a suit dry clean. One Friday I provided the suit for dry cleaning and was advised collection on Saturday before midday. Saturday I had a wedding to attend in the afternoon so this was perfect. I arrive on Saturday to collect to be advise the suit had not been delivered in the morning delivery and was missing. The staff contacted another dry cleaner in Newtown that advised us they had not finished. Hughes Laundry appears to not do all its services on site, and outsources to other local dry cleaners. Hughes Laundry had given the undertaking to me that it would ready next day, however did not communicate to the third party dry cleaner that this was the expectation. Hence, this resulted in an extremely stressful scenario for me to physically drive to the Newtown dry cleaners, to collect the suit, wasting enormous time on the day of the aforementioned wedding.

Great service! Was staying at a nearby hotel and had a large basket of clothes washed, dried and folded within 3 hours. Great price too!

Great sorting, cleaning and folding all clothes. Good pricing. Helpful, kind, efficient, fast service. Highly recommended.
