Have tried this restaurant when we traveled to Wollongong a week ago. The staffs are very friendly and lovely, while we waited for the restaurant to be open, we bought two coffee outside and when they opened, we bring two coffee from outside but they didnt say anything. Of course if I was not in need of coffee I wouldnt do that. We ordered a wagyu beef burger, zucchini chip and honey soy chicken bite, the burger is beautiful, char coal grilled, tender and melted in my mouth. Will visit this one again when we have a chance

Awful experience today. Long time buyer and first time complainer. 2/3 of the orders I picked up were terrible. Sauces missing, hairs in burgers, dry patties with a clear mince texture rather than the patty being properly combined. Ended up eating the bun on its own it was so bad.

We use to go to Grill'd a lot when it first opened. It was yummy, quick, and fun. I am not going to be too hard of a judge because I think I made a poor choice on this occasion. My mushroom burger didn't wow me and the zucchini chips didn't taste right (it seems they coat them differently these days) but two thumbs up on the plant based beef burger.

Very good. Great service. Nice atmosphere. My son and his girlfriend went there for their first date I found out because she has celiac disease. So great options for gluten free food as well. I was taken by their loyalty programme. I think it's pretty good because it's not a long time before you start getting something back.

Gross! I always order Simon says from Shellharbour. First time ordering from Wollongong and it was a complete let down. My chicken was SO dry and over cooked it was disgusting but I wish that was the only problem, not only was the chicken dry but it was burnt so bad that literally all I could taste was ash and my burger bun was cooked to the point it just crumbled to dust when I bit into it. I spat it straight out. What a complete waste of money.

I had dinner there tonight and all I can say is that the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing and came out quickly.I highly recommend it if you want a great experience at a good price.

I've gone here for years and it's honestly never been better ! The staff are always so lovely and the service is impeccable. One of the few places I go to that is consistent with its service and food which is why im always happy to eat there! The manager is always so friendly and they take care of you. Great place to eat !
