Hands down the very worst retail experience our family has ever had. We are now $500 out of pocket with absolutely nothing to show for our money. We would strongly urge anyone considering the purchase of curtains to stay well away from Spotlight.

Their blinds are very good but the Spotlight call centre is a joke. I called the call centre (which is in Fiji) a total of 7 times just to make an appointment for a measure and quote, and they got it wrong every time. I tried calling and texting the Miranda consultant to make an appointment directly as well. No response. The call centre got my address, times, everything wrong!

ordered online in the morning and they speedily shipped it out by the afternoon. everything arrived perfectly. it was a large order so it was split into 2 packages but apart from that, no issues with their online service

Some good products available, but service is non existent. Don’t bother going for custom curtains or blinds because you will never be served. On two occasions we stood around for 45 minutes waiting for someone who “would be there in a moment” whom never turned up. We left spending no money in the store.

We went into Spotlight a little bit lost looking for cafe curtains. A very helpful staff member noticed us from another department but did her best to assist and in the end we ended up with an amazing look for our windows at a very reasonable price.

Understaffed at the cutting station (although there werea lot of staff around) Staff there were very apologeticand friendly. Was hard to find prices on things. Front checkout guy was obviously wanting to be somewhere else. I'm thinking big franchise only care about bottom line and the staff are put under unnecessary pressure

Staff seemed so disinterested, and gave me incorrect info ie the item I wanted was on a large table nex to the staff member didn't think they had it!
