Mark and his team have done two projects at my house. They fixed sinking floor and helped to fix a disaster project by another tradie.These guys are fantastic! Their quote is reasonable, always come on time, do great job and keep the place clean after themselves. Very professional and experienced, give honest advice and suggest the best approach.I am very happy with results and will gladly work with them again.

Mark, Russell and Blake were amazing at their work.I had a major drainage problem in an old minors cottage in Erskineville . Clay soil, ground water run off from neighbours gardens, all resulting in a huge amount of water going under my house. Mark worked out a plan which seems to be doing the job very nicely.I cannot praise these guys enough. They came early every morning for 4/5 days . Worked tirelessly, courteous and polite, friendly to neighbours. Moving their truck when ever needed to accomadate the neighbours.The work was complicated, with many bumps along the way, but Mark always found a solution and nothing was to much trouble for him and the boys. I cannot thank you all enough. Once the day came he did not show up at all...Called 3 times leaving voicemail and sending messages to see if he was going to show up at all...Never heard back from him..I find that very unprofessional and unreliable..I could have organised other workmen to come and inspect my urgent issue and now I have to wait even longer as they are booked out...Thanks for making my situation worse..Typical tradie!"

Mark came out on time to provide quote for a floor levelling and pier replacement work. He took his time to explain how the situation may have occurred and options to remedy. Certainly seems to know his stuff. Was able to talk about the modifications that were done to the house from what he was seeing in the foundations. We haven't proceeded with the works yet, but I know where I'd be heading.

Marks team did a wonderful job repairing a pier, they were professional, prompt, Mark fully explained everything about the job. Plus they were so tidy. I completely recomend A1 underpinning. Great job guys.
