As a matter of courtesy called to let them know I was a few minutes late due to banked up traffic. Was told I would have to reschedule, even though I literally drove past clinic at 3 minutes after my appointment time. Three minutes late... literally.Clearly clients are not as important as meal breaks as this was the reason I was told that I had to reschedule.

Don't go there if you have any mobility issues - no ramp - only stairs, very hard to get my elderly parents inside, one with a walking stick and the other with a walker.
