Darra 4x4

It seems the staff are more interested in having a laugh amongst each other than serving customers. My family and I were ignored the whole time when I needed help so I went to arb jindalee instead and got the customer service expected from a retail 4x4 store. It’s obvious the owner doesn’t spend enough time on site as the sales staff aren’t interested in serving customers but can be heard laughing and joking across the whole store.

Great team and great service! After numerous dramas with other stores i took my 4x4 to these guys. Best decision ive made so far! Dave at Opposite Lock ran me through the whole process, showed me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed, went above and beyond to get my pride and joy fixed the cheapest but also the best and most professional way. Couldnt be happier and he also sorted me out with a loan car too. Go see Dave and the guys at opposite lock darra. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again

Great Service & Assistance. Lost A Plastic Bung from my Bull Bar, where the option of Parking Sensors Would Go. I attended asking a price. They Located & Painted it the correct colour & fitted at No Cost. I didn't buy the Bull Bar From This Store.

Thank you and an excellent service from Leon Payne, who went over and above the call of duty, to help with organising the installation of the Blackvue dashcam for this Wednesday morning, the Westpoint Autos organisation and Midas were very helpful in that regards, but Leon who is part of the Westpoint Autos umbrella, made this happen when others in the organisation failed. He managed to get us the top of the range model which was only released a few days ago at no extra cost. Me and my wife went to have our tyre replaced, and he loan us his car whilst the work was carried out, what a champion employee, if it wasn't for him going out of his way, things would of become nasty and frustrating, Darra 4x4 you have a valuable employee, Leon we love you heaps, plus thank you so much, see you on Wednesday morning, for more laughs .

Easy location access, great customer service, Staff member Mario was very helpful & gave updates throughout the afternoon on the progress being installations for suspension airbags & a set of driving lights. Highly recommend using Darra 4x4

Been in 2 times in the last year and both times no one ever got back to me even thou all my info was written down on a work sheet. Don’t bother going there. Even a major suspension company they supply for knows they are terrible. Hint…. OA

Very helpful wirh exceptional customer service from everyone we spoke to in the shop.Dave who assisted us could not have been more accomdating and helpful. He took the time to show us how our new Bushwakka 270 awning worked and the features. This was all before we even had paid the bill.Highly recommend and we will be back to purchase more for our new camper set up.We also learnt that the owner also owns a jeep. Even more of a reason to return with repeat business.Thank you again
