Ian was extremely helpful with towing our car after somebody hit us head on, and very accommodating allowing us plenty of time to arrange to get our stuff out of the vehicle and helping to secure it for the trip back to Perth.

We suffered a mechanical breakdown which ultimately required a tow from Halls Creek to Broome. Ian from King Tide Towing was exceptional in his customer service, his understanding of our issue and his treatment of our vehicle. Highly recommended.
