Hand car wash inside this building , they have good skills, but not accounting for manners for younger guy. I went this morning, they barely say anything , I wanted say hi , but they no greetings nothing else ,and after that I paid by cash , they accepted my cash, they don’t even say thank you nor any positive facial expression, and just ignored me.

Worst experience ever. The elderly blonde lady claiming to be a manager who stepped into the electronics section 10/1/23 10:30am had the worst attitude of any store employee I have ever seen. I wanted to make a purchase but she flat out told me no, we don't pre-order, even though I have pre-order from this store before, you lost a sale because of her. She was rude and I will never shop here again.

It's a convenient place to go for a selection of home goods and things like clothes. The prices are cheap. But the best things won't be in this shop. It's more the lower quality things you have sit store for short term.

Worst service from the elderly bald man on the self checkout counter. He is swearing at the customers and does not seem to like his profession very well. He does not have any manners to serve customers in a professional and polite way. He needs some training before he is left to serve the customers on his own. He doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave. Please train your staff well.

Decently sized Big W that is fairly well stocked. And they actually picked up their phone here which is a plus. Some of their clothing are really good quality for the price, especially the basics. My only critic here would be that there were no trolleys or basket trolleys available when I was looking for one so had to settle with a normal basket which was pretty difficult to haul a full load around.

This store has most of the necessities you could need at a competitive price, layby, pick up if you order online and delivery to your home. It s a big department store located in the Campsie mall on Level 1 in close proximity to the post office, a beauty shop and a medical centre, breast screening and Mission Australia. Bring the children and they can enjoy the playground just opposite the store. Their massage chairs and really comfy.

Good place to buy pretty much everything for household to the baby product and toys. Love the thing about it is reasonable price compared to other store and always on sell.
