Absolutely abysmal service of astonishing proportions.Happy to explain things further but only if they are paid ridiculous amounts to do so un announced increases, missing accounts, committee meeting notices and agm notesAstonishing attidude have had better service at the local landfill site! Just had one of the minions ring and try to bamboozle my 90 year old father, after being cc'd on information concerning the strata, that they weren't involved in.Despite repeated requests to submit their questions via email by my 90 year old dad who's going deaf, the call continued for 5 minutes.I took the call and explained my father's frailtys, and repeated his request to submit any requests for information via email and asked why that wasn't happening (who conducts a contract via conversation?!) and the caller promptly hung up on me.Go elsewhere.

I would not even rate them at 1 but you have to I’m about to apply to the Office of Fair Trading as this company does not reply to either emails or phone calls and they definitely not acting in the best interest of the owners which their licence to operate states they must doAfter a zillion phone calls and emails with no response I’m left with no alternative

Not recommended.Service is hit and miss - more miss than anything. Lack of communication and follow up, frequent change of staff and overall we've had a horrendous experience with this strata management company.No follow up or reply from multiple emails asking why we haven't had an AGM in over 2 years.

STM's service has deteriorated so much over the past 12 months that I am changing my rating from 5 to 1 star. Our BC will be terminating our contract with them. They have a regular turnover of staff and we have not had a dedicated manager for the past several months. Important matters are rarely followed up.

I would prefer not to even give one star but the system requires at least one. Extremely poor service, unable to set a date for our AGM which was supposed to be held last August. Have had to basically beg owners to pay levies without an invoice to meet our obligations . Strata Manager does not return phone calls or emails.

I would like to thank Candy Guillon for helping me resolve some financial issues. As the chairperson of a strata I was struggling to communicate with STM until I was put in contact with Candy. She was professional, curious and prompt in her interactions with me. She quickly understood my concerns and resolved many of them immediately. The remaining issues she communicated clearly to me about how she would resolve the issues and the timeframe for resolution. I can not speak highly enough about her skills and professionalism. She is an asset to STM.

Brooke Boyd, I agree with you. Been with STM for 20 years. No problems until 2021. Not had a meeting since Oct 2021, no levies sent out for over 6 months. Urgent repairs not responded to. No communication..poor service.
