Coles Elizabeth

Was in your store today and a young lady by the name of Chloe decided it was appropriate to swear and be absolutely rude.. I was pushing my pram and had to stop suddenly, she was walking close behind me n goes JUST STOP IN MY F$@$ING WAY, I then addressed why she felt the need to swear at me, ofcourse denied it.. absolutely appalling and it's not the first time iv either received or witness your staff swearing or arguing with customers, think some of your staff need new attitudes or a new job...

When I was here today they had a lot of shelfs empty nearly whole ills where close at least one side of them any way very minimal and they always seem to be low on stock or completely out most of the time..

Lost my receipt and did a great job of finding that for me in there computer system. Much appreciated.

Coles bakery section is pathetic and rip people off. Sell items with no ingredients and customer service is rude an not helpful...won't be shopping there again ...overcharge for items that there not....

Helpful friendly staff. Limited range, but shelves were well stocked.

On Thursday evening (today) my wife and my grandson was shopping at Coles when my wife approached the cashier to pay for the two items she was about to purchase, the security guard ( apparently a nasty female) approached her and demanded to go through her other shopping bags that she had carried in to the store with her from shopping at other shops it was clothing for my grandson, my wife was taken aback and stood back while the security guard looked through her bags without consent and unlawful according to the law only to find socks shoes and the accompanied receipt for the stuff my wife was insulted and surprised at how rude the security guard was and how the security guard thinks she has the same powers as a police officer. Someone should send this security guard for retraining and perhaps teach her some manners and close should be careful thy potentially are exposing them self to a lawsuit for unlawful searchesIf anyone else has experienced this just remember a security guard has no right to search or detain anyone thy have the same powers as any member of the publicCheck the lawLet’s hope coles gets rid of this individual and hires someone with a bit of manners and knows the law

Coles in Elizabeth is a reliable supermarket that offers a pleasant shopping experience. During our visit before the weekend, we encountered some out-of-stock items for the sale promotions. However, the staff members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They eagerly searched the shelves and warehouse, and ultimately provided us with a rain check for the items we couldn't find.

The most disgusting and disappointing coles I have ever been to. Staff are not helpful and customer service is no where to be seen. Must be a pre requisite in order to get a job.

A solid supermarket in the the northern suburbs. Fruit and vegetables are a highlight at this store, fresh and tasty. Good bakery section. A good mix of automated and staffed checkouts.

I always compare the prices between Coles and Woolworth before I go shopping. I usually visit Coles twice a month for my shopping needs. It's great to have a choice of which store you want to buy from.
