This amazing company made getting my radiator replacement done easy. I dropped in to ask if my radiator was faulty and within 5 minutes they had found a new one in Alice Springs and requested I drop my 4x4 off so they could do the change. 3 hours later a phone call to say it was completed, they had squeezed my ute into there busy day to help get me back on the road and keep travelling. Thank you again.

Best mechanics in Alice !I cannot thank Ben and the team enough for coming to rescue in our hour of need, without their help our trip of a life time to Uluṟu would have been a disaster.The guys managed to turn around our desperate phone call on the Wednesday night before the Easter long weekend in 24 hours fixing the brakes on the car the very next day working late.Thanks Ben , my family will be forever grateful for your help.RegardsAndy

The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Our car had issues with the dash lights. Our vehicle was in warranty so AMS followed up all of the necessary paperwork, photos and videos to allow a smooth solution without extra payment. The service price was extremely reasonable and we had our car back by lunchtime.

These guys fitted us in last minute for some repairs to our dual Battery system. We were just travelling through Alice so was a bit worried about finding someone to help at such short notice. Ben was very busy but fitted us in for a diagnostics and quick repair to get us back on the road again. Very professional and greatly appreciated, would definitely come back again.

I was amazed with the staff customer service. I been having bad experiences with customer services with some staff at different workshops in which you see staff judge you before they even talk to you, judge by your appearance.So Alice Mechanical Solution staff were so great and welcoming and make me feel welcome and expressed what I was there for. They were so friendly, I recommend anyone to this mechanic.They fitted my car battery awesomely.Thanks you AMS.Good work.

These guys are the best. I had one day only to get an important job done, nobody else in town would do it. Although they were fully booked, Ben managed to fit the job in and did an excellent electrical fix. They are busy because they're in high demand, but very accommodating and clearly explain what to expect and outline all details of the job. Friendly and thorough. Highly professional and trustworthy.
