Had an amazing experience dealing with Hiltop Motors. I called them with a budget in mind and they were more than helpful in finding me the perfect car that suited me. Even offered to have it dropped off to me as I wasn't able to come collect when I wanted. Great customer service and reliability. Have had my car for several months now and it has not missed a beat.

Experienced the worst customer service in just one simple phone call. Enquired about a car on car sales and then realised they were in Nambour, which on this particular day was too far for me to get to. When contacted by a team member about my interest I explained that I would not be able to get there today and was interrupted mid sentence and told unless I actually want to buy the car do not bother to enquire because I just cost them $100 dollars and am probably costing other ‘poor’ dealers hundreds of dollars. Will definitely not be travelling to view the car even in the next couple days when I do have to ability to get there.
