Waste of time & money.Paid for a service and got nothing in return. I tried to get my money back but they kept insisting for me to be patient with their designs. After over 1 month of waiting for a logo it went nowhere, and then was told that they will not issue a refund. The so called design team is hopeless. They are definitely not professional designers. I wish I could show the terrible designs they sent me but I have lost access to the team chat that they were using.Very annoyed and frustrated. Worst experienceSTAY AWAY from this company.

Keep away from this company they are scammers and have no design skills with their websites! They have taken my money, wasted almost a year trying to get them to work on my website and I have nothing!!! I keep calling them to get my money back and they never give you a direct person to speak to! They keep saying they will call me back - no one ever does!! Please save yourself the headache and money, and keep right away from these people!!!

SCAM! Not trustworthy go back on their word and try to strong hold you to your own business and say they have rights to it. STAY AWAY!

Scam Artists, do not use this website, they are hopeless at designing logos, websites, understanding simple revisions terrible service the only thing they are good at is asking you for more money.

STAY AWAY!! They scammers! they promise you certain services upon paying for a package with no intension of supplying you with those services. I had a platinum package promising free high res file and vector files. When I enquired about what the steps are to finalize they informed me I needed to pay further $500 to get the hi resolution file and vector (or source files are not included). They also try and trick people who don't know better that they have to pay a fee to own the logo for a certain amount of years. But if you were promised source files or vector file, you have ownership of the logo or design. BUT BEST TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I WISH THERE WAS A 0 STAR OPTION. THEY ARE THE WORST POSSIBLE WEBSITE DESIGN COMPANY YOU COULD POSSIBLY CHOOSE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!HENRY IS THE WORST, MOST DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST SALES REP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY HAVE THE MOST MISLEADING REFUND POLICY I'VE EVER SEEN, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HAVING TO EVEN INTERACT WITH THESE GUYS.

1 star rating is already generous. I have never deal with any supplier that providing low quality of services, my website is almost taking 2 months to update and fix up, they keep making errors, even I wrote down the errors in dot points, some are still missed. They don't check their work before passing on to customers to review in fact they ask customers to check to save their time and each time they missed anything, I had to come back with the dot points and wait for another 3 days and it kept repeating throughout the whole process... It is too late now as I paid in full in advance, this is the worse supplier that I ever used, I am not sure how they can run a business like this.

Do not use these guys. They don’t offer services as advertised. They don’t offer refunds all prices are in American dollars. Money will go to an account in California however they will ring you from a Melbourne number.They send me images of websites they didn’t create to get me to purchase there products.Asked for a refund within 24 hours and wouldn’t offer it to me.Don’t waste your time or money from these scammers.

SCAM, do not use this company. They are rude, unprofessional and liars. Creativity is zero, even a 10 year old can do better designing. In case you approve the design then they try to fetch more money out of you by raising copyright issues which they never discuss in first call. What a waste of time - Rip Offs.
