The staff are lovely and always willing to help out. A good selection of products, however, they claim to beat any product prices by 10% but some items aren't applied and are more expensive than other retailers. The outside bathing area for pets are a good addition, plus it is nice and affordable for a fresh clean

A lovely place to visit. We recently got a puppy and the young lady signed us up to the puppy club, and gave us a free goodie bag for our dog. It was really nice service. We will be back soon. Photos just for reference, because he’s so cute.

Great store, super convenient location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are following all the current covid safe measures and made the process of click and collect super easy. They also support local rescue groups, which isa big bonus.Variety of products and prices are great too

Treats and healthy food for our furred and feathered family members have dived into the nosebleed price range, despite all the apparent special offers. But this is the same across the board, not just at PetO.The store is clean and spacious. The range of food, treats, and pet supplies is large. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
