I love this jeweller. The customer service is exceptional. They were also kind enough to do a couple of small repairs at no charge.

Tony and his staff are always happy to help and provide exceptional service. I first went in to get a watch fixed and was impressed by Tony’s aura and friendly personality. I recently went in to get some studs fixed. I had to return as the first time I went in he wasn’t there. I approached another Jewellery shop close by who said they would not assist me. When I went back to see Tony he was affable and fixed my studs without an issue. I would recommend this business to anyone. Their warm and inviting atmosphere is a pleasure to be in.

Having used Sterling Jewellers for a number of years I was hesitant about the transition to a new owner. I needn’t of worried - Chandler went above and beyond to welcome me and research the best jewellers to help me design and have made a new ring at the best price. I was so happy with it! This is a little gem of a shop with genuine staff who want to help you have the best possible pieces. I always feel I am a valued customer when I go there. Had taken in a ring that had not been worn for years....had broken a fine piece of a link on the ring & something I didn't know happened with gold....it shrinks so had to have the ring resized!Picked up a nicely cleaned, repaired & resized ring.Thankyou!
