Friendly, helpful staff. Great access for people with disabilities and cinemas have some room for wheelchairs and walkers. Disability toilet doesn't have an automatic door, so doesn't allow for independent use. A lot of places let themselves down in this way. However, to people with a disability, this is an extremely important issue.Otherwise, an excellent business!Otherwise

Good cinema. Local for us and reasonably priced. Never had an issue seeing a movie down there before.

Nice and cheap but seriously do something about your air con. It is so cold and hard to enjoy the movie when freezing. Had warm clothes on as well. Cheap but really like a waste as not enjoyable to watch a movie

Oh my lord, it smells like urine. The seats are like sitting on thin bits of fabric that gave up trying to feel comfortable just after the light bulb was invented, with stains so ingrained even fire couldn't remove them.Pretty sure the carpet has marks from the first world war on it. No rips in it that I saw though so that's a plus.Staff are friendly enough.

I feel so bad doing this.. but who ever owns these needs to update this stuff.. I feel bad for the staff because they can’t do much about this issue.. but it smells like urine.. due to the popcorn machine not working when we went in, we couldn’t cover the smell with at least the smell of popcorn, i don’t mean to be that person.. it’s just really hard to enjoy a movie when it smells like urine no matter where you sat or walked

Read recently that Cinemas were making greater efforts to encourage people back to the movies. If dirty screens, broken armrests and stained seats are the way to go, then this place is doing a bangup job.

Will not go back. Chairs in Vmax are small and cramped. Pop corn machine broken, no one to check tickets, might as well just walk through and watch a free movie.

Wow ... Cinema 3 at Browns Plains on Sunday, 2 April 2023 ... NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The disability seat they gave my friend was Out Of Order"! Seriously! Get the damn seat fixed. We couldn't "move to the other one"

The worst cinema I have ever been to. Popcorn is cold, the seats are terribly uncomfortable and itchy (like those old cheap bus seats from the early 2000s)The cinemas screens are positioned so high you have to look up the whole time no matter where you are sitting and it kills your neck. The rooms smell like urine, and the air con sucks. Walked out during the adverts before the film even started playing because of how bad and uncomfortable the chairs and viewing is, was definitely not breaking my neck watching avatar 2 for 3 hours. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund because it seems like they need the money to actually make this cinema good. Don’t waste your time and travel a little further for some actual decent cinemas.Also service at the counter was pretty average, staff didn’t seem to care and I can understand why.
