Community Kids Austral Early Education Centre

I have had my daughter at community kids austral for nearly two years and am so pleased to have her in such a warm and friendly environment in which my daughter can learn and thrive. Karen and the other educators are an amazing team and we are always welcomed with a friendly smile. With all needs and requests met with sincere understanding. I would highly recommend this centre.

My son join them when he was 5 months old. He really enjoy his time in the day care. The staffs are amazing. Everyday my son do different activities and he loves it. Also the centre is very clean and welcoming .

My Son started going to Community kids as an infant and grew up with the teachers. Now my daughter has started. They have always been so loved and nurtured. The Centre Director and the staff could not be any more helpful with the learning & education. They are all exceptionally nice and very passionate about their profession. I feel safe and secure knowing that my kids are in great hands. The centre has great facilities and my kids love going there. They are highly recommended!

My daughter goes to Community Kids Austral and I cannot fault this place. It is wonderful and caring environment where all children can thrive. Karen, center manager is very helpful and friendly. My daughter doesn't want to go home when I pick her up. She adapted really well there with help of the practitioners who are lovely and warm. I would definitely recommend this place.

Community kids Austral is a great place to take your little ones. I was very nervous and scared to put my son in, as he's never left my sight but I knew it would be great for him. Karen assured me he would love it and she was so easy going to help me settle my son in. Karen went above and beyond to help do what she could to make my son and I feel secure and at ease, along with all the staff at Community Kids Austral. Since he has been at school his speech has developed so much, his learning and education from going 2 days a week is such an improvement, he surprises me every week with what he learns!Brittney and Natalie are some of his teachers, I see them nurture and make my son feel safe. This is why I love taking my son there because it's not only a education centre but also more like a big family, so homely.Thank you to all the staff with their continued support and education they do for our kids!

I am so happy I found this day care and my son absolutely adores the centre and is happy to go every morning. The staff are very friendly and are interested in my child and his well being. My son says the food is good and the teachers are really nice. He also commented on how many fun things there is to do there and loves the rabbits in the outdoor play area. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a centre where you can rest assure your child is being very well looked after. They also have a great reporting app to keep you updated all day.

Community Kids Austral is a beautiful centre. From the minute I walked into community Kids I knew it was the centre I wanted my son to attend. From Karen's welcoming and loving attitude I could see she had a Passion for providing the best possible care for every single child at the centre. I could tell she played a huge part in running an amazing centre with a beautiful team of educators. The amazing educators went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome from the second I walked through the door and I am still am greeted with the same warm welcomes every time I enter the centre. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the children are always happy and receiving the best possible care you could wish for as a parent. I couldn't speak highly enough of Community Kids or the beautiful team of staff that look after my son.

My 2 children go to this centre and absolutely love it. The teachers are fantastic and so caring. Both my daughters are learning so much. I know they are in safe hands. The food is great with a wide selection and helps my girls experience new flavours. My 1 and a half year old is now saying so many words and singing songs. It’s amazing to see what she has learnt. And my 4 year old can write her letters and her name. I’m really impressed and thank the dedicated staff for everything. The last 6 months have been tough for everyone during covid. The girls have stayed in care the entire time and I really appreciate the staff for being there and giving the same great service to the children. I would not of been able to continue working if it wasn’t for your help and support. Always smiling. Always attentive. Thank you for everything you do.

My 2 girls attend vaccasion care and they love it, my son attends long day care as well. They enjoy the activities provided to them, love the care and support for children's learning. The set up of the environment are very attractive and based on childrens interest. The food is multicultural and freshly cooked daily, my children loves it . Overall, we are very happy with the service .

Both my boys have been at Community Kids Austral. 1 from 3 years old and the other since 1 year old. The staff are great, very friendly and approachable. The programmes for each age group are fantastic and have provided both my boys to be school ready. The outdoor area is great having a lot of different things to play with they love it. If I ever needed an extra day this was never a problem to fit them in. Thanks Karen and the team for the years of looking after my boys x
