Motorserve Seven Hills

It was a super experience fixing my car which had a radiator leak. The experience was excellent. Thank you to the person taking my phone calls, and also the person repairing my car, D.... thank you for the honest and kind manner you dealt with the issue and superbly fixing my car. All expectation exceeded! Thanks guys

Excellent service! Fast and efficient with no time wasted. The staff were friendly and the quality of the repairs on my car was top-notch. As a bonus, they even washed, waxed, and vacuumed my car. Thank you!

Avoid Motorserve Seven Hills at all costs. They are a disgusting disgrace. Went there for minor bumper repair. THEIR tow truck driver damaged undercarriage of my <12 month old car and they had to replace oil sump, sensor and cover. On my car being returned filthy front drivers seat, stolen valve caps and unplugged dashcam. Regardless of their excuse of a reply to this post, please see my other google reviews to see I am genuine. I do give credit when it's due and have to be massively disappointed to leave a negative review like this. Detailing my car today we can add to that, chipped wheel also.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting a pink slip here and will not be doing so again. My vehicle was failed for the driver’s side engine mount and the rear brakes. I took it to my mechanic to have it sorted only to find out it was the lower mount. (It would have been helpful if they specified which one exactly) I appealed the matter to the mechanic and the front staff stating the mount was not cracked as I had it replaced not even a year ago and that engine vibration should not be a “fail” issue. I also stated I was willing to have it done once I received my pay. They were very adamant. So now, I am several hundred dollars poorer with a new mount that did nothing to help the “vibration” issue. It felt as if they took advantage of the fact my rego was due in a day which was partly my fault, but then again, I had covid two weeks prior. Never again in this branch.

Claimed I need to change my car battery in order to pass inspection. It cost over $1000. Definitely ripped me off.Edit: Hi Keshan. It was a logbook service. Not sure what you think you’ll be able to help me with now. What’s done is done. Don’t expect a repeat customer from me.

I took my Mrs car in because the emissions light kept coming on, so I took it in without booking and the lady at the service desk was very friendly and helpful. They couldn't do it on the spot but they did it the next day. Thanks to the asian lady at the service desk who went out of her way to help me out. Much appreciated.

visited 2 years straight for pink slip inspection. Fully satisfied with online booking, service received from reception to mechanic explain about car and things to fix (wheel alignment). Big, clean and comfortable waiting area with coffee machine and Tv. Lots of seating space if you choose to wait. And as NRMA blue member get 10% discount on top.

I took my car to be repaired and it was assessed, I was told after parts became available it would take one week to repair.The dates it would be held changed 3 times; my car was with them for 3 weeks!! without any explanation. The assessor did not answer my calls to find out when it would be ready. A terrible service, not at all customer friendly. I would never use them again.

Please do not go here as they are no qualified technicians working for them. During the service of my car I get a call from their technician advising me to replace break pads. It took $600 to replace them with a new set. However the car started producing whistle noises when applying brakes. I went back and was advised greasing would solve it and they greased it for free. But that didn't help. Later they advised about a certain procedure called Machining would help solve the issue and I was advised to drop my car at the service centre. It was sitting there the whole day and nothing was done in it.Late in the evening when the time came to pick up my car not sure what they did but it did not help.In the end after spending such a huge amount of money I still got issues with the brakes. For completeness, the brakes were pretty good before the service.Now am having a hard time trusting these people. I don't believe they even did the service properly.

I recently had my car repaired through NRMA Motorserve Seven Hills/Repair Hub Greystanes and I can’t be more grateful for how pleasant the experience was. I dropped my car off Monday 12pm and got a call by Thursday 11am to say it was ready. The repairs look great and you wouldn’t even know it was smashed. The team were really helpful, especially Paul from Repair Hub. The process for getting the hire car was simple. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
