Noosa Gnocchi / Handcut deli
Discovered this company at the Kawana Waters markets. Keen to try a few of the different flavours we stood at the stall discussing them and wondering. Young man “serving” did not utter one word of advice or information, no explanation of the product, flavours, cooking, sauces. When we made our selection only conversation was “do you want small or large?” We could easily have been talked into a sauce.At home very disappointed in the black organic gnocchi as it was extremely mushy, much like a paste of flour and water and didn’t hold its shape.Sadly won’t be returning to that stall.
