No waiting or appointment was needed at the time of attending

Well organised services for customers. However I noticed there are no proper vacuuming of the rug but also the workers are friendly.

Friendly staff, terrible service. The machines and images produced are extremely outdated compared to other clinics (such as womens imaging). The room we were given had a broken TV so my partner could not see any of the scan, it was the first time having a scan were the baby had fully formed but no effort was made to get a good image for us to keep.Very disappointed, i recommend using womens imaging over them to anyone that will listen.

So digraceful they take appointments for the day they are closed. They booked me for Saturday 8:45 for a MRI and I visited them on time, just to discover that they are closed. Called a different branch and found out they are closed for the day. They didn't even apologise saying that we must have called you day before.Pathetic customer service skills.Won't be recommending anyone

The blonde receptionist shouldn't have anything to do with the public. You're a receptionist, not a surgeon - drop the attitude or go find a job where you don't have to interact with people. I found her very rude and as I sat waiting for my X-ray I could hear her on the phone so I know I did not receive special treatment. Everything was said with as much condescension as she could muster. If I hated my job as much as she clearly does, I'd quit. Failing that, she should be sacked.

Friendly receptionist, fast and efficient procedure, patience shown to us old fella's, what more could I ask? 5 stars every day.

Horrible expirience I fasted for 4 hours before I tuned up to my appointment then they wouldn't do what my doctor asked due to decrimination. Total waste of time then they wanted me to come back at 1500 two hours later to do something else, as if. Will be following this up and taking it as far as I can totally unacceptable!!!

Partner went in for an ultrasound and couldn't have her support person in with her because our other child was with us. Quite pathetic really. Would have given no stars if that was an option

I visited for my CT scan. Customer service was average. Ct Scan was done in time. The main thing was credit card surcharge. I was told I would be charged $4.5 extra if paying through credit card. I would understand if this was small takeaway or grocery shop where they charge surcharge for less than $10 for some stuffs. But, I paid more than $300 and the lady cant explain why they would charge $4.5 extra surcharge. Also, never seen a store where they ask bring to physical debit card as normally at even small stores, now we can pay via tap and pay. I am not sure why they cant accept it at all. For next time, I would ask my doctor to do booking on other branches. May be they update their card reader and banking system soon.
