I’d like to thank Sam from the bottom of my heart for the love and care selling my parent house . Sam was always on call for any questions that my folks needed to be answered and time was no issue with Sam . The house sold super quickly at a great price in a matter of days . You are. True gentleman and super respectful to all of us in this emotional time for my parents. I would not hesitate in using Sam or recommending him to anyone that wants to sell .Thank you once again Sam .

My partner, Luci, and I found our experience with Sam and Kirsten to be absolutely amazing. Sam was extremely dedicated in finding us our first house and he went above and beyond to show us so many houses any day of the week which made the daunting task of buying our new house so much easier. Very unprofessional! No confirmation to a booking to see a property then after calling and calling I finally got a response that they decided to take another group through the weekend after my booking and sold the house to them. Worst agent I’ve ever dealt with!

It’s been a bad experience. Sam has no respect for women, incredibly rude by nature. He never responds to enquiries and never follows up with owners. I wouldn’t use him to sell my house. We need competition in the area to force better service.
