I've been here a few times to buy work gear, I've had the same woman come over to 'help' me each time. I find her to be quite rude, she looks at me like I'm really dumb especially if I ask her a question, about brands or sizes etc. She stands there awkwardly while you are browsing making you feel like you have to rush and pick something even though they usually dont have any other customers there. They need better practice at customer service.

Very helpful team, assisting with every need and request. Great quality of products and plenty of experience in the field. The design team are really skilled and able to make your idea reality! Highly recommend shopping here and I will defiantly be back!

I turned up at the store. Door was locked, seems due to being outside operating hours (no sign on the door). I made eye contact with the lady attending front count through the windows and was ignored as she walked away. Thanks.

Poor customer service. Shop 'assistant' was more interested in telling me I had be outof the shop by 5pm (at 4:35pm) instead of helping me with a couple of questions I had about my $1500 order of workwear with logo printing they had quoted. They were also unable to get garments in to try on for size before getting logos printed on. Too bad once your logo is on there and it's either too big or too small. Save yourself the time, take your workwear requirements elsewhere.

Such a great workwear store with all of the top brands. Exceptional customer service team who really know their stuff. If you're into FXD they have every style in store including their boots. If you haven't been here I highly recommend you do.

Went for buying work gear.Very rude lady already not intersted from the time i entered store.Asked for help half heartedly went for help and asking rudely what i need, i suppose thats what you there for,finally i left store with such people who dont want customers, please read the other reviews and adjust the attitude,will never go there, bad customer service.

I had a voucher for this place and it hardly had any stock I couldn't order half the things i wanted. Ended up having to order just 3 packs of socks and a jumper and they still got the size and order wrong. Disappointed and won't waste my time here again! GRRRRR

Rudest staff and ridiculous prices! The staff was irritated because I was asking questions about products! Very unhelpful! Do NOT waste your time, go elsewhere!
