It shows that the store would close at 7:00 on the Google map. I drove from the city to this store. I arrived at 6:40 to collect the products I ordered online. I was told that the store was closed. I negotiated with the staff and said that I can come back to collect it tomorrow, what I want is just to have a look of the product. I was told that I was not permitted to see their products . Very bad service, let me disappointed.

Closed when it says its supposed to be open, we arrived at 5:30 there were at least 4 others that had come to the doors as well in the 10 minutes while we called the store. Frustrating as we travelled half an hour to get a click and collect.

Had a flat tyre while in the parking lot outside the store. One of the staff, Nicholas, saw me trying to change it and came over to help. Helped me buy and use a puncture repair kit and inflated the tyre back up for me. Really made what would've been a time consuming process into a quick and easy affair. Really grateful for the help and service.

Spacious store with wide variety of stocks for camping or fishing. Outdoor clothing range isn't that big and sizing is a bit lean. Probably better if they cut clothing out from their shop range.

Ordered a click and collect order and it was ready in under 2 hours - even with it being Christmas. Quick and efficient service and the customer service and friendless was excellent in store on pick up.

Unfortunately I have to give a poor review, this may not be the stores fault, instead perhaps BCF as a whole. I checked stock of a item on line and which stores had stock. The item I wanted was shown as in store at Braybrook and available for Click and collect. I drove all the way to that store even though it is not my local store only to be told they have not stock and have not had for some time. When I told the staff member they are shown as in stock on line he told me never to believe what is shown on line

Terrible service, we waited 40 minutes to get some assistance and asked for some help more than two times. No one bothered to come and assist us. We ended up walking out. Atrocious service. Never coming back here again
