Our 30-year-old gas heater wanted to go to sleep permanently in mid-April 2023. I made three contacts. Jane from ComfyHome Heating & Cooling was one of them.The whole process was quick and punctual. They kept us informed in a professional manner. One of things we greatly appreciated was that Jane explained the fine print of the warranty. During such chilling Melbourne winter weather, we are so pleased that our gas heater has been working well since it was installed.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the Air Con repair job Comfyhome Technician Kin did for my 15+ years old Split system. He was knowledgeable and professional, and the work done was excellent.I thought the system is too old to replace, but he repaired it and it is working normal again. Hope we can use another 1-2 more years.Highly recommend!

I had a guy Ray on-site for Inspection to install Ducted heating and cooling.He advised he work for north weat heating and cooling too.I Organised my wife to take him through the site while I was at work. He was so rude and his way of talking with her was so disrespectful. He did cross-question with her in a rude way. I will never Give my business to this company or recommend them to anyone.

I had a Daikin ducted air conditioner installed two years ago and recently experienced low airflow in a couple of rooms. Technician Max provided exceptional service, demonstrating impressive expertise and quickly resolved the issue by identifying and repairing leaks in the ducting. After a terrible experience with Metropolitan Plumbing installing a new hot water system my experience with Comfy Homes was the polar opposite. Excellent customer service with Jane constantly emailing & phoning me to sort out the best reverse cycle units for my home. The tradesman were polite & friendly, cleaned up afterwards, attached the remotes to the walls for me, took away all the rubbish. Competitive prices too. I couldn't be happier.

Got 3 split system heating/cooling units installed to for the bedrooms. First off, Jane gave me the best deal to supply and fit, great value! Second, Andrew and the boys were prompt and professional, happy to answer any questions. Third, they did it all in a day, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
