Adrian is a great physio. He gets through a lot in the session and gives targeted rehab that works.I see Magdalena for massage, she is great at what she does. She has a targeted approach and uses dry needling to get into the deep trigger points. I highly recommend pro physio

I first met Adrian 4 years ago when he solved a problem I had at the time. Despite the time and a new practice Adrian remembered me and did what he does best. He is an excellent diagnostician and has so many tricks up his sleeve to get you back to full fitness. I wouldn’t trust my physio needs to anyone else.

Kim is just fantastic!I came in with a weak shoulder that popped out and back in and it restricted me from working out and even day to day things. Two sessions in a week with Kim and the difference is incredible. My shoulder feels stronger, and all the tight muscles near my shoulder encouraging it to be weak are now looser and I can’t wait to keep up my physio with the end goal of committing to CrossFit!Do your exercises!Thank you Kim!

Adrian is the physio equivalent of a primary care physician – he offers quality treatment, but also takes the time to educate his patients and empower them to improve outside of the sessions.He's also experienced in remedial massage therapy, offering a unique 'physio massage' style of treatment. His technique is multifaceted and excellent. I've been a patient for a couple of years now for good reason.Aside from being a first-class physio, Adrian is a humble and patient person. He leaves ego and judgement at the door, and is more interested in getting the best treatment outcome for his patients as he can.
