Got the worst KFC we have EVER had served to us. The chicken was oily, over cooked, stunk of old oil and looked like it came from a pigeon….Chips were cold and obviously fried in old oil too….. Bread roll was so dried up it was crunchy on the corners…… Complained to the manager who just replaced a piece of tiny chicken…… So I lodged an online complaint and received the rudest call from Duty Manager Amy…… She justified the disgusting chicken with blaming Ingham and the kids she was stuck working with…… Pointed out to her as the manager quality control falls on her shoulders……. She upped her nasty attitude and told me I was wasting her time…… I told her I would be taking it further to which she laughed and stated they have no further to go as they don’t have a head office…… She then told me I can lodge another online complaint but it would just come back to her and she would bin it……. She then hung up…… Nice KFC…… She treated me like this with such confidence as she knew, or thought she knew, nothing would come of complaints……. Well let’s see about that!!!

Tyler is the best manager by far. Don’t get rid of him he is a great asset to the team. Give him a raise !!

Should be an option to give these thieves 0 stars.Happy to take $$$ and handover a bag with 3/4 of the food missing. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Just a heads up: This store is run by the same people out at Treendale, half of their employees moved here, hence why I'm not very forgiving, they know what to do, they just choose not to do it. That review about Tyler though is 100% correct, one of the only good workers there.-Extremely slow, just a heads up that this store is run by kids and they prioritise drive thru and teenagers that have ordered over anyone else. So you'll be stuck waiting over half an hour for food only for it to be cold and off. Do not recommend working there either, please don't get your child to work here.

received damaged dinner rolls, made online complaint was contacted immediately by Eaton store and have since been offered a replacement for when I come back - brilliant customer service for taking action straight away, and the rest of the food was delicious! :)

Machines don’t print receipts. Then gave my order to someone else. Asked for me to repeat every item on the receipt. Waited another 10 minutes for the order, no sorry or free item.Left feeling like it always happens to me.☹️

Forgotten multiple items of our meal, chips were hard like they’ve been either over cooked or recooked. Small chips was half empty.
