I went in to spend around $100 on a new mice and cage accessories for my little brother as a present, only to have the worst service ever, I was told to leave because the only worker available had to catch the bus, even though the sign said open daily from 10-3, it was 1pm. Would not recommend going here, just plan rude!! Buy your pets else where :)

Got a good price on a air stone and a couple snails. Basic pet shop with a couple different birds, fish, guinea pigs, rats and mice and accessories.

Very welcoming, helpful Staff who tend to their customers on a personal level. Plenty of stock with plenty of variety. In house Pets are divine and well presented, extremely healthy and well cared for, reasonable prices.Just bought these two beautiful Goldfish today from a lovely very helpful Staff Member. He is so helpful and friendly. Great prices and lots of top quality stock. My favourite pet shop by far.

Staff member(60+ male) was incredibly rude to myself and son. We literally walked in and felt like we were a nuisance to be in the shop....shopping. I thought that I would shop from a 'local' shop especially for Christmas but I guess working in a filthy cesspit brings out the rudeness in workers. I'll happily Recommend and spend my money anywhere else.
