Marcus was great to work with during the sale of my property. What set him apart from other realtors was that he was honest and set realistic expectations, not just telling me what i wanted to hear. This allowed us to work towards getting our final price which we were happy with. Marcus was easily contactable and kept me well informed at every step of the process. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy/sell.

Pam was extremely professional and very lovely to deal with. Repairs occured within a decent time frame and nothing was ever a problem. Not recommended. I was a tenant in an O'Brien RE managed rental property from early 2021 until late 2022.Got off to a bad start - moved in on a hot summers day (38 degrees) to learn that the AC system in the house didn't work and needed to be replaced, suggesting the vacate inspection from the previous tenant had not been completed (that was a hell day!).The house initially smelled like something had died in the ceiling cavity, took weeks for the smell to dissipate inside.3 property managers in the 18 months I tenanted the property, with some teething problems with each change.Unusual generic emails received that seemed irrelevant or months out of date - as if they have an automated client communication protocol that hasn't been configured correctly?Most frustrating was the excessive length of time taken to action repairs to the property - worst on the list was 4 months to repair roof tiles that had dislodged in a storm, overhanging the front access area. This despite various emails and phone calls to both the agent(s), and then escalating to the management team - who had the arrogance to suggest the matter was 'resolved'. We had to agree to disagree on definition of 'resolved', with Pamela's being that the issue had been communicated to a tradesperson, and mine being that the tiles were actually repaired. I prefer mine.Low quality attitude and performance. I couldn't wait to leave and not have to deal with O'Brien RE any further. If you're reading this review as a potential customer - keep looking, you can do better than OBRE.

The service provided by Anastasia Gullotti as property manager has been amazing over many years. She is always prompt and efficient, putting us at ease as a landlord. She always provides a really high level of service and is very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend Anastasia and O’Brien Realestate Taylors Lakes.
