Arif & the Agentpoint dev team have been great to deal with. All issues were dealt with in a timely manner and Arif was always happy to answer my many questions. They provided step by step instructions on how to use the back-end of the website making it a smooth transition. And the website looks great! Thanks Arif!

This is my second website I have had built by Agentpoint. Each time the experience and results improved. I set a high standard personally and they were up to the challenge. Arif project managed the entire process, from beginning to end and was absolutely superb! He would call me regularly and explain everything in detail, followed up by a comprehensive email summary of the job at hand and what the objective/s were, timelines etc. Any concerns I had were quickly dealt with, both professionally and in a timely, friendly manner. Complete client satisfaction was paramount to their team.I cannot thank Arif enough and also the rest of the team at Agentpoint. There's lots of website creators out there, but I doubt there's many as good as Agentpoint.

Worst company ever. From start to finish, our journey with this organisation has been shockingly poor. Their systems are second rate and their service is well below par. I woudn't recommend this compay to anyone.

Having been the first major account at Agentpoint the level of service has been outstanding as they remain at the cutting-edge of technology. Their web design is in my opinion the best available where as new technologies evolve they immediately tell us what we need to implement in our business to remain at the forefront in the real estate industry. We had a very positive experience creating our new website. Our development manager Amreen was quick to respond to all our queries and very helpful with meeting our specific requirements.

I was verbally abused over the phone for saying “at the symbol not the word” when having to spell out the email address for the 4th time. There are so many emails/domains with “at” in them so I was clarifying and this woman went off at me! Wouldn’t let me explain, wouldn’t let me apologise just kept going off and off at me. I asked to be put onto someone else three times (each time saying please and keeping a polite tone even though I was shaking) and she just kept yelling at me on the phone and then hung up.I rang again, got the same woman who felt it was ok to verbally abuse me again for me apparently being rude when all I did was spell everything out 4 times, clarified it was definitely “@“ and not a continuation of the name before the domain and ask to talk to someone else.My boss heard the whole thing and was furious! I said ok you can now speak to my boss the response I got “I don’t need to talk to your boss!”I want to put in a formal complaint but have no idea who at agent point to talk to. My boss managed to get someone else and wanted to put forward a formal complaint but that landed on deaf ears.Inexcusable way to treat people who are literally trying to help you the best they can, considering you asked several times for the email address to spelt out slowly and if I spoke any slower it could’ve been taken as rude, but apparently no matter what I did - for this woman it was rude.Clearly something is going on in her personal life and she felt it was ok to go off at someone who pays for a service, but it’s no excuse to bully and yell at people on the phone the way she did.As they state the calls may be recorded for training, I hope they did record it and replay to the HR department.

Our experience is horrible with Agentpoint.I will go negative if I could.1) Skill: no proper designer and developer for the website. When start the development was not a smooth process and after, our website is always in error. They never able to solve the issue. Host service is not good either.2) Communication: left many messages ask for manager, no call backs. Reception always take phone number done and says manager will call back but never did.We all in a business world and poor communication and no responsible person is really a big disappointment.I understand if a company might be not experience enough or maybe lack of personnel, but if there is no manager to step out to make a sound, it indicates a company is not in a good pathway.Not recommend the company at this stage, I will change my comments if there is any improvement in future, but by the look of the previous comments, I don’t know if they real care anymore.

Could not be more unimpressed with Agent Point. They promised a fully customised template for digital proposals - however when it come to developing the template there were many restrictions and a number of items they could not deliver on. They took over 6 months to create our template and by the end we still did not have completed template. We were advised on various occasions that the template was done, only to find out most of the changes had not been actioned or done incorrectly - they even started charging monthly fees before the template was completed.One of the worst services I have ever encountered - hence this review.Strongly recommend you consider alternatives.

Arif at Agentpoint looked after my re-branding so well and without a hitch. I'm always nervous when change is needed but he made it seamless and the end result is exactly what I wanted. Agentpoint have been looking after our website for years and I never have to wait long to get things addressed when required. Thank you for your great support.
