Took my car here last week ...was pleased with video of work to be done and explanations.However $1200 later car not running like a car that's been serviced.Air con was working when I left car...picked up loud humming noise..could nt use air con...took back and they wrinsed filter ..still humming and vents looked bent up.Ticked on list dash cleaned..it was nt .neither .was car deodorised which was also ticked..Asked why I could hear wheel noise at car...surely they would have heard this when driving car, asked if needed wheel alignment ..just said they did n't do that.

Really happy with Auto Masters, Midland! Came to these guys after another mechanic at a dealership tried to rip me off price wise and have never had any issues. Staff are always friendly and don’t talk down to me about things just because I’m a woman. Highly recommend.

I dropped in and booked a general service. Booked for 2 days later. I had also queried the tyre store next door as I had blown a tyre the day before. Turns out I needed 4 tyres.Organized for service and tyres to all be done same day, Auto Masters Midland were happy to work with the tyre shop to get everything done.Dropped car off at 7.15am and everything was completed by 1pm. Good value for money, great service and my car is purring. Thank you!

I love these guys, they always do a little video showing you everything and explain the condition really well. They never do any work until they have spoken to you and given you a price.Always fantastic service, friendly and helpful.
